Why it works

Built for how your team actually works

Your work, not generic examples

Sessions use your team's own anonymised reports, processes or systems.

Live and practical

Up to 12 people per session, hands on, online.

Start small

One pilot session for one team first, with no long contract.

How it works

From first call to follow-up in four steps

  1. 1

    A 15-minute call

We talk about the team and the work, so we understand what the session needs to cover.

  2. 2

    Two anonymised examples

You send two anonymised examples of the work, and we tailor the session to them.

  3. 3

    A live online session

A hands-on session with your team, built around the work they actually do.

  4. 4

    A follow-up review

We review how it went, with options for further groups or ongoing support.
